Her approach integrates Fitness Coaching, Yoga, and Psychotherapy. The program is differentiated by the achievement of long term lifestyle and behavioral changes in addition to short term goals.
Pamela is a licensed Psychotherapist (LCSW) and a Health Fitness Specialist from the American College of Sports Medicine. She has been coaching people to meet their fitness and mental health goals since 1992 and moved to Connecticut after practicing in New York City for 14 years.
