Helpful Hints Before You Overeat

Stop and take a pause/breath - (Actually take 10 deep diaphragmatic breaths so that you change the moment and change the trigger or craving)
Think about your feelings and thoughts - (It will be helpful to write them down in a journal)
Options - What are your other options?
